Arons & Arons, LLC. proudly announces the settlement of a case for a client who suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car while crossing the street.   Pursuant to the settlement plaintiff recovered a gross settlement of $675,000.

Following a trial, before the Honorable Mayersol Rosero J.S.C. the jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty to one count of 4th degree operating while suspended for second DWI conviction.  Client, R.V.,  faced a minimum 6 months jail term plus fines and additional penalties if convicted.
